Montroc is a very quiet and peaceful village, the departure point of numerous walking & hiking trails. Facing south - very sunny, at 1380m (4530 ft) altitude, frequently above the clouds of the lower valley. Superb view of Mont-Blanc.

The owner is a member of the Chamonix Tourist Office.
He occupies the neighbouring chalet and will welcome you on site. He'll ensure your comfort for the duration of your stay.

The chalet is part of 18 adjoining chalets (divided in 4 buildings), called the “Clos du Chaleyre”. The parking is underground and secure (with private ski-locker).
The accommodation is situated in a spacious meadow where children can play in the summer and build igloos in the winter.

If you are a large party, there are more chalets for rent in the same location.

On the day of your arrival, you receive the “Valley-of-Chamonix GUEST CARD” which is provided free of charge, enabling you to travel for FREE on public transport: Chamonix-Bus and the Railway (between the stations of Servoz and Vallorcine).
