1technical room (incl. 1 fuel boiler, 1 washer, drying lines)
2 lockers (landlord's, closed, is not included in the contract)

Upper level :
1 kitchen, fully equipped (Fridge, gaz and electric cooker, dish washer, microwave, hood)
1 lounge incl dining corner

Indoors private parking for 1 vehicle
Outside parking limited to one only vehicle
Above the parking an open air tennis court for the summer period only
